ArtBazy Diagnostics Tools

Calculators, guided checks and practical tools for examining specific business questions and preparing source information.

A browser-based service is a starting point, not the whole diagnosis

A single calculation can answer a concrete business question. It might show a margin, identify where customer enquiries are lost, or help assemble information for a fuller examination.

ArtBazy Diagnostics has two different forms of work. Written management diagnosis examines relationships between processes, causes, risks and possible decisions. Its digital tools handle narrower, more structured problems: a calculation, a guided review or the collection of relevant figures directly in the browser.

Some management questions can be described precisely. A person enters a set of figures, answers a sequence of questions and receives a result that can be checked against the inputs.

The immediate value is a clearer starting point: a calculation, a preliminary observation and an indication of what to examine next. A tool does not by itself establish the cause of a wider business problem.

L.01Digital tool

Focused assessment

Use this for a defined question, structured inputs, a calculation, an initial self-check or preparing data before more extensive analysis.

Result: a calculation, assessment, matrix, review map or structured data.

L.02Written diagnosis

Connected management analysis

Use this when several processes interact, data conflicts, causes require investigation or risks and the sequence of management decisions need individual analysis.

Result: a written management report.

  5. Written report

The result of an individual tool can become part of the information used in a wider review. Whether to move on to written diagnosis depends on the size of the problem, the number of connected processes and the degree of analysis needed.

P.01One service, one management question

A tool is described through the specific result a person can obtain from it.

P.02Visible input data

The user can see which figures and answers affect the result.

P.03Explainable result

A calculation is accompanied by an interpretation, limitations and points for review.

P.04A next step

Each service indicates how the work might be continued.

P.05Portable results

Data can be copied, saved or used in related tools where those capabilities are provided.

P.06Work in the browser

Formalised calculations are performed in the interface rather than requiring a separate desktop application.

≠Different purposes

Two distinct projects

The marketing and sales system is a separate public project. ArtBazy Diagnostics services belong to a commercial diagnostics project and address a broader range of management questions.

Choose a listed service, prepare the relevant input figures and obtain a structured result that can be checked and used as a starting point for the next action.
